The Southpac International leadership program equips managers, and anyone else who has influence over others, to manage people in an effective way.

Course Overview

This program has been specifically developed to assist managers and those who are responsible for leading others, be it individuals, teams or whole organisations. Time is spent analysing self, one’s values, motivation and a personal leadership style. After all, we cannot lead others if we are not first a disciplined self-leader…

For any person to be an effective manager and leader of others they must first be an effective manager and leader of self!

The key principles of leadership and management are developed and practically applied in this highly engaging course. Participants will learn effective leadership skills as well as developing a deeper insight into their own management style and leadership.
