We love to count things, that’s what organizations do. I would say look on the desks of your supervisors and they have a stack this thick of pre-job and post job evaluations – find out what they do with it, if it’s taken and adding value back into the organization – great!
You’ve come up with a good plan. But I am afraid to tell you that most of the time, all of the information on that sheet, gets turned into a quantity of this many job/pre-jobs done. Then that gets turned into a metric someplace else. Which isn’t terribly useful to us.
