Watch When do you stop questioning?

So, if you’re trying to learn about anything, there is a law of diminishing returns about how much time you can spend asking about a certain concept. I have a two fundamental gut feels that I use to learn about a hazard or how work is done normally, I feel I know enough when I can know and understand from the view of person who is doing the work that would be logical at the time – especially after an event. Really helpful to know how decision were logical at the time. The second feeling I normally have is ‘oh crap, I am surprised that we’re normally successful’.

So, once I have the ‘oh crap’ feeling, I know that I have enough information to start improving things because there is plenty of things for us to improve.
