Tips to try and understand problems before fixing them

So I think having someone with you the first few times you do it. Anytime we are trying to do something new, where we are moving through performance modes. Whether it’s not it’s an actual task or different ways of asking questions if you haven’t seen it modelled before it can be difficult. So, having someone who is naturally ask questions or has experience for on the job coaching. It’s actually really easy in a classroom to say I fully understand what’s happening and I get how to do this, but as soon as get into the thick of things with real emotions and you have to react in real time, it much harder. Taking someone who’s had a bit of experience to help coach you through is helpful.

And then you have those triggers that when you do it a few times you are in the same situation, it’s a little bit easier but you use a different set of questions to those before
