Our Approach

At Southpac International, we don’t offer ‘off the shelf’ solutions for management systems. We work closely with each organisation to address their specific operational needs and challenges to develop formalised management systems, fit for purpose and operational context.

Initial Contact

Make contact with our team to set up a meeting to discuss your initial requirements. Our knowledgeable team will work with you to establish:

  • Your project objectives and current challenges
  • Funding and grant options potentially open to you
  • Potential technology integrations

Assess

Our management systems consulting team will work with you to determine:

  • An understanding of the organisational strategic direction
  • The current state of your management systems (compliance and effectiveness)
  • Current strategic and operational challenges
  • Existing technology, tools and methods already working well

Develop

Informed by the data gathered at the assessment stage, we work collaboratively with you and your people to develop an implementation plan. This can range from whole-of-system development to more specific process improvement projects.

Train

Review & Improve

A full system review will be conducted and the appropriate assurance and improvement processes initiated. Our knowledgeable team will work with you to:

  • Instigate internal audit and associated assurance processes
  • Provide the tools and knowledge to ensure effective learning and improvement is sustained
  • Ensure that you are prepared for you Certification Audit (as required)

6.

Ongoing Support

Once the project is complete and certification attained (where applicable) we ensure you are not alone. Your consultant, and the rest of our team, will remain available to you as needed and to ensure your systems continue to develop and improve. We can work with you more closely to offer ongoing support such as:
