Informed by the data gathered at the assessment stage we work collaboratively with you and your people to develop an implementation plan. This can range from whole of system development to more specific process improvement projects. A typical management systems consulting project involves;

Our team will deliver engaging training to all key personnel ensuring all are informed and suitably skilled, this typically involves a combination of;

Integrated Management Systems

Ask Southpac to work with you to implement Integrated Management Systems or to integrate and improve your existing management system documentation and processes.

If you have a formalised management system in place you are already part of the way to having an integrated management system. With many of the different standards requirements aligning, it can be a  beneficial exercise to integrate Quality, Safety and Environment into one integarted system and be compliant with the standards most commonly requested by tenderers, large organisations and government.

More and more organisations are integrating their existing management systems or deciding to implement integrated management systems in order to control their risk and to improve efficiency. It makes sense to undertake the assessment of all management system requirements with an integrated approach. Southpac International have the capabilities to consult and implement the requirements of ISO 9001:2015, ISO14001:2015 and AS/NZS4801 – Quality Management, Environmental Management and WHS Management Systems. You may require one, two or all three and Southpac can work to develop systems that address the specific needs of your organisation and industry. You may wish to only be certified for one standard but address the other two within your documentation and that is fine too, we ensure all our solutions work for the most effective management of your organisation.
