With demand for Human & Organisational Performance surging across the globe, HOPLAB is heading to the northern hemisphere to bring our renowned HOP and Learning Teams training to Canada in July 2024.

Since 2017, HOPLAB’s training and resources have been accessed by thousands of safety professionals around the world. However this is the first time our team will cross the equator to deliver training in-person to North American safety leaders in their own time zone.

HOPLAB by Southpac International Group has been delivering HOP & Learning Teams courses to safety leaders across the Asia Pacific since 2017, and in that time our audience has gone global – with safety professionals from all over the world joining our Virtual 3-Day HOP & Learning Teams courses to learn the foundations of HOP and take the principles back to their organisations.

With our global footprint growing, we’re responding to the demand from our northern hemisphere connections to bring our HOP courses to their local time zone.

In 2024, we’ll be doing just that – delivering our renowned HOP and Learning Teams training in a host of new countries, starting with Canada.

The 1 Day HOP Fundamentals course provides safety professionals with comprehensive knowledge of HOP principles and terminology, and a thorough understanding of the benefits of applying the HOP philosophy to all aspects of operations.

With the 3 Day HOP & Learning Teams Course, participants stay on for two more days of learning focused on Operational Learning tools and methods, and practical insights on integrating HOP at an organisational level.

Where can I find a HOP Course in Canada?

The HOPLAB team will be delivering two courses in Canada in 2024, with dates scheduled in Calgary from 16 – 18 July 2024, and Toronto from 23 – 25 July 2024.

These locations have been selected for their proximity to mining, resources, and oil and gas operations and Head Office locations, however participants from all industries can attend either course.
