We’re seeking a Director of Human & Organisational Performance, who will be responsible for leading a team of experts in providing guidance and consultation to clients on a wide range of HOP and Safety Innovation projects. This highly experienced individual will build and deliver our service offering, including HOP training and integration, operational learning and learning teams and strategic planning initiatives.

HOP & Safety Innovation Specialist

If you’re a safety professional with practical experience working with HOP/New View approaches, HOPLAB is looking for you! We’re seeking a HOP Specialist to support the facilitation of HOP courses and workshops, as well as work directly with in-house clients on the delivery of learning teams and other HOP consulting projects. You’ll be joining our busy HOP team, doing important work guiding decision-makers to reflect, learn and grow. As part of the HOPLAB team, you’ll have the opportunity to do the safety that you love, every day.
